Aurelia Training was recently asked to train and certificate two operators on this state of the art Liebherr LH24 Materials Handler at a waste transfer station in Cambridgeshire. As the operators only use the machine on this site, it was decided that Aurelia’s own certification was the best option.

Our instructor Trevor Anderson recently came across a loading shovel fitted with this tyre in a scrap yard in East London. The tyre was filled with foam from new and, unbelievably, is still being used every day – although we would not recommend it.
Usually used for unloading, “LORRY LOADERS” come in many different forms. This one is great for unloading packs of bricks very quickly although sitting up so high to operate it can take some getting used to, and you need to be fairly agile to climb up to the seat.
